Reactive Services


Our range of services is designed to respond to specific problems that have already arisen in the workplace. 

These services are all:

  • Confidential- nothing you tell us will be passed on to anyone else unless you agree or can be used in any later company procedures or court action.
  • Voluntary - you only take part if you want to. 
  • Funded by the employees HR Department.
 
 
 

1) Consultation


  • An opportunity for a commisioning manager, member of HR or stake holder to discuss the case in confidence.
  • Helps the client establish what is the best course of action, whether mediation is appropriate and clarify what mediation is all about.
  • This is a completely FREE service to the client. 
 

2) Telephone Coaching Support


‘It’s changed my way of thinking and how I work.’ 

  • Coaches employees how to resolve a personal corporate conflict situation.
  • Consists of a number of diarised telephone consultations between the disputant and the Conflict Specialist at Corporate Harmony. 
  • The number of sessions available will be dependent on the funding provided by the employees HR Dept.
 

3) Face To Face Coaching

4) Face To Face Mediation


'A powerful process – it’s quite uncomfortable at times. It takes you out of your comfort zone; if it didn’t it wouldn’t do you any good.’

  • Provides a way of addressing disputes by helping both parties work together to arrive at a satisfactory solution to the conflict.
  • The aim is to maintain the employment relationship wherever possible.
  • Mediation is about the future, not the past or who was right or wrong.
     
     

5) Investigation


  • The Directors are also experienced, independent, external Investigator in cases of alleged bullying and harassment and sexual harassment and works to recognised, best-practice procedures. In cases of sexual harassment they work as part of a gender-balanced team.
  • The role of an external Investigator is to gather all relevant information to the formal complaint through a process of search and analysis and then, having duly considered all of the evidence and representations, to produce a report outlining the nature and details of the complaint, the responses of the Respondent(s) to the complaint, the detailed results of the investigation, a conclusion, and where appropriate, recommendations.

  • Investigations must be thorough, impartial and objective and carried out seriously, fairly and expeditiously and with due respect for the rights of both the Complainant and the Respondent(s).
